Becker Logistics Names Former Morton Salt Executive as Chief Financial Officer

GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Ill--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Becker Logistics, a third party logistics company, announces that Tim McKean accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 18, 2021. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer, Jim Becker, and will lead the finance department towards their ten-year business plan to meet or exceed 1.8 billion in top line sales.

Prior to accepting this position, Mr. McKean served as Vice President Finance and CFO OU Americas at Morton Salt for the last seven years. Tim graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana with a degree from the Miller College of Business and has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. McKean brings experience and a proven track record of success in the finance area, which will be invaluable in meeting the company goals and objectives. A few of his main accountabilities will be overseeing more than 200 company controls, budgeting/forecasting, SOX compliance, cash conversion, capital value and being on the M&A team just to name a few.
